Magic Select fill timing harness

Calls YOLO-World XL (Replicate), SAM 3.1 (Fal), and Seedream 5 (Fal) directly — not through Studio /workbench/magicSelect/* or AssetGen jobs — then runs the same local fill-prep / tone-match / composite helpers as production.

Requires REPLICATE_API_TOKEN and FAL_KEY in .env / .env.local.

Outputs land under scripts/magic-edit/out/ (gitignored).

What this measures

Wall time from local prep through provider subscribe/download to a filled plate on disk (TTR). Studio additionally mirrors provider results to B2 and persists plate/cutout artifacts.
