AIDA Pulse Checker

Analyzes how creatives interact with AIDA's shot proposals for one or more episodes. Reports shot acceptance rates, creative collaboration patterns (handover vs cannibalization), AIDA memory learning progression, and most-edited fields.

Usage

node scripts/aida-pulse-checker/aida-pulse-checker.js <storyId> [storyId2] [storyId3] ...

Example

node scripts/aida-pulse-checker/aida-pulse-checker.js 3c495a43-e127-4e3e-ae1e-98061346cf90 806e69b2-e719-44ba-b509-12c5619fbd0d

Requirements

  • Node.js
  • Direct MongoDB access (connects to rendarigo_be and story_desk databases via MONGODB_URI env var or defaults to localhost)
  • No build step needed — plain JS

What it reports

  1. Shot acceptance rates — as-is, minor tweaks (70-95% similar), moderate edits (35-70%), heavy rewrites (<35%), discarded, manually added
  2. Creative collaboration — handovers (unidirectional) vs cannibalization (bidirectional re-editing), with % of shots cannibalized
  3. AIDA memory progression — per-scene breakdown ordered by generation time, showing whether memory helps over time
  4. Most edited fields — where AIDA's proposals diverge most from creative vision
  5. High-churn scenes — scenes with significant reshape, with LLM-generated narrative summary
